The HILL competence profile enables the differentiated recording of the relevant competences. It consists of five flexibly employable modules:

> rational and complex problem solving skills
> verbal communication skills
> knowledge of current affaires and
> memory skills.
These make clear statements about the strengths and deficits of a person in the context of professional requirements.
